Many nights in autumn, there descends a magical, mystical fog descends on Venice, making her churches, spires and statues disappear, and shimmering shadows deepen and moon light diffuse over midnight blue water. It has to be seen and felt to be believed… And will never be forgotten.
An effect we feel is shared by the cuisine of designed by Master Chef Giovanni Ciresa exclusively for Bauer Hotels. Using locally sourced vegetables, from fresh chestnuts and mushrooms to the richly dark green ‘black’ kale, rich risotto and hand rolled pastas, he concocts delicious dishes which warm from the inside. Each plate is arranged like a sculpture, with care and delicacy. Dessert is a tempting taste explosion of steamed pear and pomegranate sorbet…
Why not come from a romantic walk in the chill night air of Venice’s to the comfort, warmth and elegance of the De Pisis waterfront restaurant, and savour the flavours of autumn from the best chef in town. Discover them here, only at the Bauer.
