The Redentore is one of Venice’s most ancient traditional festivities and its character has remained unchanged throughout the centuries: Venetians are the real protagonists and enjoy the evening from their exquisitely prepared boats, their rooftop terraces or from squares illuminated with thousands of lights: about 1.500 boats gather in St. Mark’s Basin and 30.000 people watch the event from boats and from canal banks. The festivity reaches its climax towards midnight with spectacular fireworks that are launched from pontoons spread along a 400-meter stretch between St. Mark’s Basin and the Giudecca Canal.
The BAUERs celebrate this famous Venetian festivity with a gourmet dinner on the terrace of DE PISIS Restaurant bordering the Grand Canal and overlooking St. Mark’s basin, where the spectacular 45 minute fireworks will take place starting at 11.40 PM.
The offer includes:
- Two nights stay;
- Welcome amenities;
- Daily Buffet breakfast;
- Gourmet Dinner at De Pisis Restaurant enjoying the wonderful show of Redeemers fireworks over the Lagune (on July, 19 th).
